How do we do this…

Technical Sector Recruiting:

We approach recruiting with a sector-based methodology.  We employ a team of recruiters that build relationships within specific skill areas and industry verticals. Each of our recruiters is responsible for maintaining and managing a "hotlist" of candidates who are ready to make a job change immediately allowing us to deliver candidates to our clients efficiently and effectively.

Referral Based Recruiting:   

Sector-based recruiting naturally involves networking with other professionals in the sectors and industry verticals we focus.  This often leads to high quality candidate referrals.  Quite often, the highest quality candidates are passive candidates not listed on job boards.  High quality candidates also tend to know other good people and feel comfortable referring only these high quality candidates. A large portion of our candidates are employee referrals, thereby improving the overall quality of candidates we are able to deliver. 

Proprietary Database: 

360º Professional Consulting, LLC has made significant investments in building a proprietary applicant tracking system.  The database captures all candidates with whom we have had contact and is updated continually.  This resource allows our recruiters to easily and quickly identify candidates that they have worked with in the past. 

Electronic and Traditional Sourcing:

We utilize the more traditional methods of recruiting with major and niche job posting boards, social networking sites, our website, job fairs, and industry-specific publications. We also post job openings regularly on the major job boards if we are not able to identify candidates from other internal resources.
